It was only Andreas first week with the company when it appeared that Mrs Taylors’ boot that she had ordered had been so popular that it went out of stock! Due to the timing of the problem (sale time !! ) it took a while to get the issue resolved so Andrea rectified the problem for Mrs Taylor and she managed to get some even better boots for her money!

Miss Warrington writes……I felt i just had to write to tell you what an excellent service i have received….I have used shoe-shop.com twice before but this time the sevice was great, so fast!….In the last 10 months, the only place for me to find shoes is from shoe-shop.com.

My feet usually get very sore with new shoes but after discovering Fly Flots, i wouldn’t buy anywhere else now.
