We have received a lovely letter for the attention of Andrea our Customer Services manager from Mrs Sue Taylor.

It was only Andreas first week with the company when it appeared that Mrs Taylors’ boot that she had ordered had been so popular that it went out of stock! Due to the timing of the problem (sale time !! ) it took a while to get the issue resolved so Andrea rectified the problem for Mrs Taylor and she managed to get some even better boots for her money!

Mrs Taylor says “ I am writing to say a huge THANK YOU to you, Firstly because the boots are so comfortable  and just lovely and secondly, and mainly, to thank you so very much indeed for all your help and the absolutely perfect manner in which you handled my problem …………….I feel that Shoe-Shop.com have chosen very wisely indeed in selecting you and that you will be  a huge asset to the company”

What a lovely letter for Andrea to receive, it certainly put a smile on her face!
